Recipe
1. Steam the broccoli for about 10 minutes (check doneness, it should be tender) and let cool.
2. Remove the seeds from the tomato and dice it very finely.
3. Grate the lime zest and squeeze the juice.
4. Blend the broccoli very finely, then add all the ingredients and mix well until smooth.
You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
It is possible to skip the coriander, which not everyone likes, and replace it with parsley, mint, or other herbs as you prefer.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour and keep for a maximum of 24 hours after preparation.
