Bananas : 4
Sugar : 80 g
Butter : 110 g
Eggs : 2
Buckwheat flour : 100 g
Cornstarch : 50 g
Salt : 1 pinch
Baking powder : 7 g
Dark chocolate : 150 g
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
1. Peel 3 bananas and mash them with a fork.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar. Beat the mixture. Add the eggs and beat again. Add the 3 mashed bananas and beat everything together.
3. Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt and add everything to the batter. Mix well.
4. Cut the chocolate squares and cut them into 2 or 4 pieces.
5. Pour the mixture into a previously buttered mold.
Peel and slice the last banana into rounds and distribute them over the top of the cake. Then add the small pieces of chocolate between the bananas.
6. Bake 35/40 minutes in the oven.
