Oranges : 2
Lactose-free milk : 1 glass
Olive oil : 1/2 glass
Buckwheat flour : 150 g
Cornstarch : 50 g
Rice flour : 100 g
Eggs : 3
Baking powder : 1 packet
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Wash the oranges, cut off the ends and open them in half. Remove the white part in the center and the pits, then cut the oranges into large pieces. Blend the oranges with a food processor or blender until you get a puree.
Add the milk and olive oil, blend.
Add the eggs and sugar, blend.
Add the flours and baking powder mixed together, blend until you get a smooth preparation.
Butter a mold and pour in the preparation, bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
