Recipe

  1. Bring the milk to a boil and add the rice, cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring. (You can use a kitchen robot at speed 1 and 90°C)

Preheat the oven to 180°C shortly before the end.

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, orange blossom flavoring and coconut milk, then add it to the rice mixture and mix well.

  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes.
