Serves :
Rice : 200 g (short grain)
Sugar : 200 g
Lactose-free milk : 1 L
Eggs : 2
Coconut milk : 60 ml
Orange blossom flavoring : 4 tbsp
Recipe
Bring the milk to a boil and add the rice, cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring. (You can use a kitchen robot at speed 1 and 90°C)
Preheat the oven to 180°C shortly before the end.

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, orange blossom flavoring and coconut milk, then add it to the rice mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes.
