Recipe
1. Take a large mug that can hold about 300 ml of liquid.
2. Chop the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave, stirring, then add the coconut oil and sugar and mix well.
3. Add the egg and stir thoroughly until you get a gelatinous mixture.
4. Finally, add the buckwheat flour and cornstarch, then mix well.
5. Microwave for 1 minute (a little longer if you prefer it more set).
If you don’t have coconut oil, you can replace it with 20 g of butter.
Enjoy while it’s still warm.
