Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine one glass of milk, the cornstarch, cocoa powder, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
2. In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk with the sugar and bring to a boil.
3. Pour the boiling sweetened milk into the bowl while whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
4. Add the pieces of dark chocolate, let them melt, and stir well. Then add the 250 ml of cold coconut milk and mix again until the batter is completely smooth.
5. Pour into your baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C (390 °F), on the lower rack of the oven.
6. Remove from the oven. The flan should not be firm yet — this is normal. Let it cool, then refrigerate for several hours until it sets and becomes firmer.
