Recipe

Panna Cotta :

1. Soak the 3 gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.

2. In a saucepan, combine the milk, coconut milk, 60 g of sugar, and orange blossom flavoring. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Add the 3 gelatin sheets and stir well until fully dissolved.

4. Pour into serving glasses and let cool before refrigerating for a few hours.

Lemon Jelly :

1. Soak the 2 gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.

2. Zest the lemons and squeeze the juice (about 200 ml).

3. In a saucepan, combine the zest, juice, and 6 tbsp of sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. You can add a pinch of turmeric to give your jelly a nice yellow color.

4. Add the 2 gelatin sheets and stir well, then let cool to room temperature.

5. Once the jelly has cooled, take the panna cotta glasses out of the fridge and pour the jelly on top.

6. Refrigerate again for at least 4 hours before serving.
