Recipe
1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into fries.
2. Soak them in water and stir well to remove the excess starch, then drain thoroughly.
3. Place them in a bowl, add a generous drizzle of frying oil, and mix well so they are evenly coated.
4. Cook at 190 °C (375 °F) for about 30 minutes, remembering to toss them every 10 minutes or so.
