Serves :
Chicken fillets : 300 g
Honey : 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger : 1 tbsp
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp
Ground cumin : 1/2 tsp
Ground cardamom : 1/2 tsp
Lime : 1 tbsp juice
Pepper : 1 pinch
Peanut butter : 2 tbsp
Coconut milk : 3 tbsp
Soy sauce : 2 tbsp
Recipe
1 - Peel and blend the ginger.
2 - Mix all the ingredients together and add the chicken, previously cut into pieces of about 3 cm.
3 - Let marinate for 2–3 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F) (or use an air fryer at 185 °C / 365 °F), prepare the skewers, and cook for about 10 minutes.
