Dark chocolate : 125 g
Bananas : 2 large, not too ripe
Eggs : 3
Sugar : 80 g
Butter : 125 g
Recipe
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 175-180°C and butter the mold.
Step 2 - Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring regularly.
Step 3 - Separate the egg yolks and whites. In a large bowl, pour the egg yolks, sugar and whiten the mixture with a mixer.
Step 4 - Add the buckwheat flour and mix.
Step 5 - Add the melted chocolate and butter and mix the entire mixture well.
Step 6 - Peel the bananas and cut them into rounds then add them to the mixture.
Step 6 - Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the preparation with a spatula.
Pour the preparation into the mold and cook for 30 minutes.
