Carrots : 6
Olive oil : 1 drizzle
Salt : 1 pinch
Recipe
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices, place them in a salad bowl.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and stir well until the oil coats all the carrots.
3. Cook for approximately 25 minutes at 180/190°C while stirring regularly (reduce the temperature slightly if the carrots brown too quickly).
4. Serve as a side dish with a pinch of salt.
