What is this site about?
This website features recipes adapted for a low FODMAP diet, helpful for people with digestive issues such as IBS. Recipes are filterable by FODMAP type and validated using Monash University's classifications.
Who runs this site?
This is a community-based website. It is powered by users who cook and care about FODMAP-friendly meals. Anyone can contribute as long as the recipes follow FODMAP rules.
How can I help?
By submitting your own FODMAP-friendly recipes, rating and commenting on others, or reporting any mistakes you find. You can also send suggestions for improvement.
How do I submit a recipe?
You need to have an account. Then just click "Add a recipe". Your recipe will then be reviewed and validated by an administrator.
How can I delete a recipe ?
You can request recipe deletion by sending your request to happyFODMAP.contact@gmail.com.
How are FODMAP filters managed?
Filters are managed locally, no data about your sensitivities is stored on the website.
